CEO Profile

Lino has been active in real estate for the past 40 years in various capacities. He has held positions as a head of acquisitions for real estate investment firms directing the repositioning of assets for banks during the RTC period. Lino has extensive experience in finance and analysis and has over the years assisted in providing financing for over $3 billion of real estate transactions for various product types. Lino has also headed up Structured Capital Corp., which provided the Small Business Administration with due diligence and pricing evaluation for an excess of $2 Billion of commercial real estate collateralized loan sales. Lino holds a BBA from Iona College in accounting and is a graduate of New York University’s real estate institute. Mr. DiLascio is also a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.
